About the representatives of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Turkic Investment Fund

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 1, 2024 No. 513.

In accordance with article 9 of the Agreement on the Establishment of the Turkic Investment Fund, ratified by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 16, 2023, I HEREBY DECREE:

     1. Appoint representatives of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Board of Governors of the Turkic Investment Fund:

     1) Managing Director - Serik Makashevich Zhumangarin, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     2) Deputy Governor - Vice Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kenbeil Dauren Maratovich.

     2. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of its signing.
