Addendum to Application No. ZHT-2025-01894830

 

On June 09, 2025, an application was submitted to the labor inspectorate. The appeal was registered under ZHT-2025-01894830. We hereby supplement the application with the following information:

The application mistakenly stated that the employer's legal address was located at: Almaty region, Kaskelen, ul.... Khan, 179. In fact, the employer is located at 24/1 Terme Street, 3rd floor, Almaty. Confirmation of this is the notification sent by the employer of MKS LLP.... to the employee Dr. E.B.

We also indicated in the application to bring MKS Logistics LLP to administrative responsibility for violating the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. We believe that the employer, realizing that the employee is in a physically restricted position due to work injuries at the employer's facility, does not send an order to terminate the employment contract with the employee Dr. E.B. electronically, but asks to come and get acquainted. And they do not respond to written requests from the representative. Accordingly, we ask to be held accountable within the framework of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
