Legal Assistance Agreement No. 1711/21 dated 11/17/2021

The Law and Law Law Firm, represented by General Director Galymzhan Sarzhanov Turlybekovich, acting on the basis of the charter, hereinafter referred to as the "Office", on the one hand, and K.A.A., hereinafter referred to as the "Client", on the other hand, also collectively referred to as the "Parties", and each individually as the "Party", have concluded this agreement. Agreement on termination of the Legal assistance Agreement No. 2201/21 dated 01/22/2021 (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") on the following:
The parties decided to terminate the Legal Assistance Agreement No. 2201/21 dated January 22, 2021 from January 21, 2021.
2. In accordance with art. 401 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as clauses 5.4, 5.5 of the Contract, the Parties have the right to refuse to provide services by agreement of the parties.3. The Parties hereby confirm that they have no claims or mutual obligations to each other.4. According to the Contract, the paid funds are fully returned to the Client in the amount of 300,000 tenge. 5. This Agreement comes into force from the moment of its signing by both Parties.6.
Agreement on termination of the Legal Assistance Agreement
All disputes related to and/or arising from this Agreement, the Parties undertake to settle through negotiations. If the dispute is not resolved amicably, the Parties have the right to apply for its resolution to the judicial authorities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.7. This Agreement is drawn up in Russian in two identical copies having equal legal force, one for each of the Parties.
