about the challenge***

On July 1, 2021, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (respondent, administrative body), by its Order No. X, suspended my license to engage in X activities, issued on July 15, 2019 No. 00Z... . The reason for the suspension of my license was the submission of No. 01X to the territorial body of the Ministry dated June 1, 2021, in which I was charged with not informing the territorial body within a month about the change of his surname, first name, patronymic. Indeed, on April 1, 2021, I changed my middle name from "Bekovich" to "Bekuly" according to national traditions, which did not change either my last name or my first name. I do not agree with this order (administrative act), I believe that my rights, which are enshrined in law, have been violated **** my rights to freely dispose of my abilities to work, to freely use my abilities for activities not prohibited by law. According to article 84 of the Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the APPC), an illegal burdensome administrative act is subject to mandatory cancellation.

ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION to challenge and declare illegal or revoke the order

The defendant does not have a higher administrative authority *****, therefore I appeal to the court. By virtue of article 132 of the CPC, if an encumbering administrative act violates the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of the plaintiff, he has the right to file a challenge claim demanding that the administrative act be revoked in full or in any part thereof. Guided by Articles 5-16, 131, 132 of the APPC,

I ASK THE COURT:

To declare illegal and cancel the order of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 1, 2021 No. X on the suspension of my license to engage in Y activities, issued on July 15, 2019 No. 00Z....      Applications: 1) copies of the statement of claim and documents attached to it for participants in the administrative process – for __ L.; 2) a document confirming payment of the state fee (or confirming the basis for the plaintiff's exemption from payment) – for __ L.; 3) a power of attorney or other document certifying the powers of the representative (if the statement of claim is filed by a representative) – on __ L.; 4) documents confirming the circumstances on which the plaintiff bases his claims (in relation to this claim – a copy of the disputed order), etc. – on __ L. 5) other documents – on __ L. 6) copies of the plaintiff's identity document – on __ L.
