on the cancellation of the court order
Did you have a civil case in your case №.............. according to the Application ................... to ................. on the recovery of alimony for the maintenance of minor children until adulthood. According to which you issued an Order to collect alimony from ..................., which I got acquainted with on 06/09/2020 from a Private bailiff. I do not agree with the court order, since I believe the decision was made in favor of the Plaintiff to recover alimony for the maintenance of an underage year old child until adulthood. I did not participate in this court session, and I have never received notifications about upcoming court sessions.
I learned about this court order from a private bailiff. Thus, I did not have the opportunity to get acquainted with the subject of the application, the nature and size of the Plaintiff's claims and collect the necessary materials to protect my interests. In addition, the case pending before the Karsai District Court of Almaty region affects my interests, and the decision in this case may affect my rights and obligations.
I do not agree with the application to the court for the cancellation of the court order for the recovery of alimony by the Court order of the Karsai District Court of the Almaty region, since the court has not established and clarified the financial and moral assistance I provide to my children, and I have not received a Request for a peaceful judicial settlement of the case, and in connection with I intend to hold negotiations for a peaceful settlement and for other circumstances where I was deprived of the right to pre-trial settlement of this civil case.

For the purpose of a comprehensive, complete and objective consideration of the said civil case, the court will be provided with evidence that may affect the content of the decision. On the basis of the above and in accordance with Articles 141,142 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan,
I ask the Court:
o To cancel the court order of 06/9/20... issued by the Karasai District Court of the Almaty region on the Application ................. to .................... on the recovery of alimony for the maintenance of underage children until adulthood.
