Dear Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich,
I am addressing you not only as the President of the Republic, the symbol and guarantor of the unity of the people and state power, the inviolability of the Constitution, the guarantor of human and civil rights and freedoms, but also as an authoritative citizen of our homeland, as well as as a representative of Kazakhstan within the country and in international relations. The reason for my appeal to you is the blatant injustice on the part of Credit Partnership Yasynesie LLP and the Branch of Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC in the Turkestan region. This is the cry of my soul, no one else will help me except you. I'm counting on you alone to help me! I have contacted you many times before, but I have been offered no way out of the situation. All the authorities to which I applied and you redirected my appeal were limited to just unsubscribing. According to your last appeal, the task of entrepreneurs is to work and not to spend time in litigation. But unfortunately, your appeal was ignored by the state authorities.

I just have to wait and face the fact that my business and my last home will be taken away from me. One gets the impression that all government agencies are specifically sheltering Credit Partnership LLP "Yassy-Nesie" and JSC "Agrarian Credit Corporation" walking in one foot. I believe that when the heads of both Credit Partnership Yasynesie LLP and the Branch of Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC in the Turkestan region are in office, Kazakhstan is deprived of a bright future and illegal actions against citizens will continue. Currently, we need working capital to run our workshop. Based on the above,
