Statement
The reason for our appeal to you is the fact that on November 09, 2020 r....n.S......using the Kaspi Gold application, I mistakenly transferred 481,000 tenge to the number +7 ............. 86, where the owner of this number is gr. K....in D...n M....h IIN 8....9. T..... in R.S., immediately called gr. K...... at D.M., and explained the situation, and in response To ..... at D.M., he said that he was ready to transfer the mistakenly sent amount back, but informed that his accounts arrested on the basis of enforcement proceedings. The parties applied to Kaspi Bank for a refund of the mistakenly sent money. Subsequently, we received a recommendation from the Bank. The bank is ready to carry out a reverse transfer operation of mistakenly sent money to the Russian Federation, if a Private bailiff officially gives permission for this.
Earlier on 05/15/2020, you initiated enforcement proceedings against ....and D.M.85/20-23-5725 on the recovery of alimony in 1/3 of the income in favor of J. Anagalieva. To date, it is necessary to issue a resolution or petition confirming the above facts and redirect to the address of the Bank, for further transfer, the mistakenly sent amount of t....u.r.S.
