on the issuance of a court order for the recovery of alimony

Since the middle of 20..... The Applicant and the Defendant have been living separately for over a year as the Defendant repeatedly beat the Applicant. gr. ........................– the father of the child, which is confirmed by a copy of the birth certificate of the above-mentioned minor children. Currently, all minor children live permanently with their mother. Despite this, the debtor does not voluntarily provide financial assistance for the maintenance of minor children, and avoids fulfilling the duties of a parent. The defendant filed an application to the Karasai District Court for divorce, which is being considered in court. Based on the above, guided by Articles 138-140 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Marriage (Matrimony) and Family", Articles 140,145-147 of the CPC of the Republic of Kazakhstan,
