Currently, a pre-trial investigation is being conducted against Abdusheva Shahida Dilmuratovna in accordance with Part 3 of Article 188 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of the statement of Kraidaralievna. This criminal case is being conducted in the Unified Register of pre-trial investigations (hereinafter referred to as SDTBT) No. 267914031000483.

Despite the repeated appeals and complaints of the victim in this criminal case, to date, the investigative body of the Turan District Police Department of the Shymkent City Police Department does not conduct full-fledged investigative actions in the case. In particular, a number of petitions have not been executed, important videos have not been received in full, witnesses have not been interrogated, and the case is unreasonably delayed.

In this regard, in order to personally present the circumstances of this criminal case and provide explanations on the issues that have arisen,
