On correcting a typo made in a Court order for the recovery of alimony
In your proceedings, civil case No. 7514-18-00-2/3372 dated April 27, 2018 was considered. According to the application of Aliya Dauletovna Abdilmanova to Zhaksylykov Orman Kalmakhanovich for the recovery of alimony for the maintenance of a minor child of Zhaksylykov Aman Ormanovich, born on September 25, 2006, a misprint was made in the court order, which states: "...Bannikov Zhaksylykov Aman Ormanovich, born on September 25, 2006, in the amount of 14 (one-fourth) of all earnings and other income on a monthly basis, starting from 04.26.2018 and until reaching the age of majority" According to paragraph 2 of art. 235 of the CPC RK, the court may, on its own initiative or at the request of the persons participating in the case, correct typos or obvious arithmetic errors in the decision.

Typos are misrepresentations of words, and arithmetic errors are errors made when performing arithmetic operations. If descriptions and arithmetic errors are identified, they can be eliminated by the court on its own initiative or at the request of the persons participating in the case. The same is provided for in paragraph 27 of the normative resolution of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 11, 2003 No. 5 "On judicial decision". Based on the above and in accordance with paragraph 2 of art. 235 of the CPC RK,
ask: 1.To correct the Court Order of the Bostandyk District Court of Almaty dated 04/27/2018. 2. To correct the typo in the first paragraph of the order, from Bannikov Zhaksylykov Aman Ormanovich to Zhaksylykov Aman Ormanovich, as indicated in the child's birth certificate.
