Statement
In 1998, together with KAZAKOIL-TELF LLP located in the Atyrau region, Kulsary, I acquired ownership of a Toyota Land Cruiseer car, built in 1993, engine number No.0076105, body number No.ST111PS8007002790, with the state number A....DDM. Which was duly registered with the authorized state bodies of Almaty. March 8, 2001 evening time of the day gr. N.A.M. born on 09/26/1981 while driving by proxy on the Almaty-Kaskelen highway between 14-15 km, he suffered a traffic accident after which a Toyota Land Cruiseer car with the state license plate A ... DDM fell into disrepair and could not be restored. After the accident, the above-mentioned car was evacuated to the penalty parking lot of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In April 2001, we took the car from the parking lot and gave it to representatives of KAZAKOIL-TELF LLP, which was listed on the balance sheet of this partnership with all the registration documents for further accounting and write-off.
Application for information on de-registration of vehicles
In July 2002, we received from KAZAKOIL-TELF LLP an Order and an Act of decommissioning vehicles, a 1993 Toyota Land Cruiseer car, engine number No.0076105, body number No.ST111PS8007002790, with the state number A .. DDM. On 28.05.2008, we received a Court order to collect tax arrears from the Tax Committee for the Medeu district of Almaty for non-payment of taxes on a Toyota Land Cruiser car with the state number A.. DDM has filed a lawsuit. However, this order was canceled by us, but then in 2016 a similar situation was repeated regarding the non-payment of taxes for a vehicle, which was also canceled by the court. After that, we had repeated appeals to the UDP of the Department of Internal Affairs of Almaty, where they asked for assistance in de-registering the above-mentioned car, since this car has not been in operation since 2001. However, the police officers did not provide any assistance or suggestions. To date, we intend to conduct a full analysis of the entire situation and de-register the above-mentioned car. Provide full information on the fact of an accident involving a Toyota Land Cruiseer car, built in 1993, engine number No.0076105, body number No.ST111PS8007002790, with the state number A ...DDM;
Since the car was handed over with all the registration documents for further de-registration and write-off, representatives of KAZAKOIL-TELF LLP, which was listed on the balance sheet of this partnership, should provide information about the movement and or any information on vehicles.
Issue recommendations for de-registration of the above-mentioned vehicles.
