By the decision of the District Court No. 2 of Almaly district of Almaty dated June 18, 2025. M.R.K. was reinstated as the head of the Department of Investigation of Road Accidents in the Almaty city Police Department.

The court's decision collected wages for the period from March 6 to June 17, 2025 in the amount of 1,683,000 tenge and expenses for the assistance of a representative in the amount of 500,000 tenge.

Based on a court decision, by order of the head of the Almaty Police Department, M.R.K. was reinstated from March 6, 2025.

To date, the court's decision on the payment of the representative's expenses in the amount of 500,000 tenge has not been executed.

Wages and housing payments for the period from June 18, 2025 to August 15, 2025 have also not been paid.

Based on the above, I ask:

- to make payment of wages and housing payments to Mr. K. for the period from June 18 to August 15, 2025.
