The Medeu District Court of Almaty is investigating civil case No. 7517-25-00-2/14020 on the claim of M.A. Munarovich against N.L. Nazarbekovna on the division of the joint acquired property of the spouses.

According to the request of the expert Tokmoldaeva G.B. dated 07/21/2025, I provide documents for disputed real estate at the address: 89/2 Dostyk ave., Almaty, sq. 38: a copy of the Act of ownership of the land plot on 2 sheets, the right of permanent land use, a technical passport on 8 sheets, a copy of the technical passport on 10 sheets, a copy of the certificate of state registration of rights to real estate, the conclusion of the Southern branch of the RSE Gosexpertiza on 2 sheets, a letter from the State Expertise, an act of acceptance of the expert Conclusions No. 7-391/2002 dated 30.09.2002, a notarized copy of the purchase agreement.

There is no commissioning certificate.

Appendix: a copy of the Act of ownership of the land plot, the right of permanent land use on 2 sheets, the original of the Technical Passport on 8 sheets, a copy of the Technical Passport on 10 sheets, a copy of the certificate of state registration of rights to real estate, the original of the conclusion of the Southern branch of the RSE "Gosexpertiza" on 2 sheets, the original of the letter of the State Expertise, the original of the act acceptance of expert opinion No.7-391/2002 dated 30.09.2002, a notarized copy of the purchase and sale agreement.
