Statement
On October 12, 2021, you certified the will, where A.S. IIN.... (Hereinafter referred to as the Testator) of the immovable property belonging to her located at the address: Almaty region, Enbekshikazakh district, Shelek village, A.., 11, sq. 1, made a will to gr. Zh.B.R. (Hereinafter referred to as the Heir). According to paragraph 1 of Article 1046 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a will is recognized as the expression of a citizen's will to dispose of his property in case of death. On April 4, 2022, the Testator died due to illness. In accordance with art . 60 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Notaries", a notary who has received a notification of an open inheritance is obliged to notify those heirs whose place of residence or work is known to him. However, the Heir did not know about the discovered inheritance and did not receive any notification. Moreover, the Heir did not know about the existence of a will from the Testator. Around the end of October, the Heir found out about the inheritance case and immediately contacted you and got acquainted with the materials.

To date, we believe the Heir has missed the deadline for accepting the inheritance. Nevertheless, the Heir in the will informs you that she has not received any notification from you. According to Article 1073 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where it is stipulated that the notary at the place of opening the inheritance, at the request of the heir, is obliged to issue him a certificate of inheritance. Based on the above and in accordance with Articles 1072-3 and 1073 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan,

To restore the term and recognize the heir J.B.R. accepted the inheritance;
To issue a certificate of inheritance.
