THE PETITION
about sending the writ of execution
to the regional Chamber of Private Bailiffs
On April 03, 2026, the Specialized Interdistrict Juvenile Court of the Almaty region issued a decision in civil case No. 1996-25-00-2/7170 on the claim of Noah Amakhambetkyzy against Mu Du Kadirzhumaevich for the recovery of alimony in a fixed amount of money.
According to the operative part of the court's decision, the court costs of paying for the representative's assistance in the amount of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) tenge were recovered from Ma Da Kadirzhumaevich in favor of Noi Amakhambetkyzy.
As of today, the court's decision in this part has entered into force.
Based on the above and guided by art. 241 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan,
I ASK THE COURT:
· To send a writ of execution according to the decision of the Specialized Interdistrict Juvenile Court of the Almaty region dated April 03, 2026 in the civil case No.1996-25-00-2/7170 to the regional chamber of private bailiffs on territoriality for compulsory collection of representative expenses in the amount of 200,000 tenge from Kadirzhumaevich.
