Statement
On 26..08.2020, we filed an appeal to your address about disagreement with the progress of the investigation of the criminal case №................ registered on 30.11.2019. 317 Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (improper performance of professional duties by medical or pharmaceutical workers).
Subsequently, on September 09, 2020, we received a response in which the Deputy Head of the Department, O. Zholdasov, stated as follows::
On 09.2020, the terms of the pre-trial investigation were resumed, and the criminal case is under investigation by investigator N. Beketbaev.
For the violations committed, an internal investigation was conducted against officials, as a result of which, the perpetrators were brought to disciplinary responsibility.
According to paragraphs 11, paragraph 6, Article 71 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where the victim has the right: to get acquainted with all the case materials at the end of the pre-trial investigation, to extract any information from it and in any volume. Based on the above and in accordance with Article 71 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I ASK YOU:
Provide a release from the order on bringing investigator N. Beketbaev to disciplinary responsibility;
Meet the statutory deadlines.
