On May 25, 2020, my mother died.....o G.....a........He was born in 1952. After her death, an inheritance was opened in the form of 1/5 in the house at the address: Almaty, Turksib district, Potanina ..... This property came into my possession and I actually accepted the inheritance. This is confirmed by utility bills and a witness. I can't get a certificate of inheritance because I missed the deadline for applying to a notary. Ways to accept inheritance: It is recognized, until proven otherwise, that the heir has accepted the inheritance if he has committed acts indicating the actual acceptance of the inheritance, in particular, if the heir: took possession or management of the inheritance property – part 2 of Article 1072-1 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
