Statement
In the proceedings of the Private Bailiff of the Executive district of Almaty, T.N.A., there is an Enforcement document, a court order dated 05.09.2016 issued by the Bostandyk District Court of Almaty, in which enforcement proceedings were initiated for No.4902/16-75-1844 dated 10.10.2016, on recovery from the Debtor Z.M.G., in favor of B.N.T., alimony for the maintenance of a minor child B.T.M. born on 05.12.2013, in the amount of one quarter of earnings and other income monthly, starting from 05.09.2016. Subsequently, the bailiff appealed to the Alatau District Court. Almaty with the idea of declaring a wanted list for the debtor Z.M.G., through the internal affairs bodies.

On 10.06.2019, the Alatau District Court of Almaty, composed of the presiding judge N.Zh.B., having considered in open court the submission of the private bailiff T.N.A., on the announcement of the search for the debtor Z.M.G. IIN., DETERMINED: the submission of the private bailiff T.N.A., on the announcement of the search for the debtor Z.M.G. IIN., - to satisfy; to declare a search for the debtor Z.M.G. IIN ..., who previously lived at the address: Almaty, Alatau district, Yasnaya Polyana str., 41, to entrust the execution of the definition and the conduct of search activities to the Internal Affairs Bodies. Subsequently, we personally delivered the court Ruling under incoming No. 227-55-28 dated 26.06.2019 to the UP of the Alatau district of the DP of Almaty. On 20.10.2019, we sent a similar application to the Police Department of the Alatau district of the Almaty City Police Department, to which we received an incomprehensible response (the answer is in the appendix), which we intend to appeal to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Prosecutor's Office of Almaty. Additionally, we would like to inform the police officers that the Debtor, Z.M.G., is currently located on the territory of the Russian Federation and has a permanent place of work and residence in the Russian Federation, and also intends to take Russian citizenship. Based on the above and in accordance with Article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the procedure for considering appeals from individuals and Legal entities"

Provide information on the course of execution of the ruling of the Alatau District Court of Almaty dated 06/10/2019.;
Provide information on the year in which the Debtor Z. M.G. entered the Republic of Kazakhstan and when he left the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Russian Federation;
Request information from the Russian Federation about the place of registration and residence in the Russian Federation of the Debtor Z. M.G.;
Request information from the Russian Federation about the Debtor's place of work and marital status.
