Statement
about the refund of the paid state fee
On 18.01.2021, we filed a Claim with the Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of Almaty for recovery of the amount owed from KZ Stroy Kom LLP (KZ Stroy Kom) in favor of KVSH-82 Security Agency LLP for the amount of debt in the amount of 1,063,216 tenge, as well as to recover the costs of paying the state fee, taking into account the bank's commission in the amount of 31,897 tenge, as the state duty in accordance with Article 610 of the Tax Code is a mandatory payment levied in civil cases for claims submitted to the court.
