1. The objectives of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on lotteries and lottery activities are to ensure the guarantee of the rights of lottery participants, to regulate the activities of the lottery operator.

2. Objectives of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on lotteries and lottery activities:

1) determining the conditions and features of the organization of the lottery and lottery activities and their conduct;

2) establishment of the organizational foundations of state control and regulation in the field of lottery and lottery activities.
