The military police bodies are designed to ensure law and order in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other troops and military formations (hereinafter referred to as the Armed Forces, other troops and military formations) within the competence established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law regulates public relations related to the activities of the military police.
