Article 1. Relations regulated by this Constitutional Law of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan
This Constitutional Law regulates relations arising during the preparation and conduct of elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, deputies of the Senate and Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, maslikhats, akims of districts, cities of regional significance, cities of district significance, villages, towns, rural districts and members of other local self-government bodies, as well as during the recall of deputies of the Mazhilis of Parliament and maslikhats, elected in single-mandate territorial electoral districts, and establishes guarantees ensuring the freedom of expression of the will of the citizens of the Republic.
