Article 1. Relations regulated by this Law of the Law on Agricultural Cooperatives

     This Law defines the legal status, rights and obligations of members of agricultural cooperatives, as well as the legal status, procedure for the establishment, operation, reorganization and liquidation of agricultural cooperatives and their associations (unions).
