Article 1. Status of the Constitutional Court Of The Republic of Kazakhstan of the Constitutional Law On The Constitutional Court Of The Republic of Kazakhstan
The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Constitutional Court) ensures the supremacy of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan throughout the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In exercising its powers, the Constitutional Court is independent and independent of citizens, organizations, government agencies, and officials, guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and this Constitutional Law, and refrains from establishing, investigating, and verifying other issues in all cases where this falls within the competence of courts or other government agencies.
