Article 1. Status of the Government of The Republic of Kazakhstan of the Constitutional Law On The Government of The Republic of Kazakhstan

     The Government is a collegial body, exercises the executive power of the Republic of Kazakhstan, heads the system of executive bodies and directs their activities.

Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 18, 1995 No. 2688.

     This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the competence, organization and activities of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
