The judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the judicial authorities) are executive authorities that, within their competence, provide legal support for the activities of the state, maintain the rule of law in the work of government agencies, organizations, officials and citizens, and protect the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and organizations.
