Article 1. The basic concepts used in this Law   Chapter 1. General provisions The Law on Credit Partnerships

      The following basic concepts are used in this Law:  

      1) additional contribution - the amount of money transferred by the participant to the property of the credit partnership;  

      2) credit partnership is a legal entity established by individuals and (or) legal entities to meet the needs of its participants in loans and other financial, including banking, services by accumulating their money and using other sources not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;  

      3) credit committee - a subdivision of a credit partnership that implements its credit policy;  

      4) mandatory contribution - money to be contributed by a participant to the authorized capital of a credit partnership;  

     5) (deleted - No. 107 dated December 23, 2005 (for the procedure of entry into force, see art. 2 of Law No. 107).  

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 28, 2003 N 400.

      This Law defines the legal status, the procedure for the creation, reorganization and liquidation, as well as the regulation of the activities of credit partnerships.
