Article 1. The State border of the Republic of Kazakhstan The Law On the State Border of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     The State Border of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the State Border) is a line and a vertical plane passing through it, defining the limits of the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan (land, waters, subsoil, airspace) and the spatial limit of the state sovereignty of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 16, 2013 No. 70-V.

     This Law regulates public relations in the field of protection of the State border of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
