Article 1. The status of the City of Turkestan of the Law On the Special Status of the City of Turkestan

     The city of Turkestan is a spiritual, historical, cultural, tourist center and architectural heritage of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

 

     This Law regulates the legal basis of the special status of the city of Turkestan and is aimed at its preservation, study and promotion as a unique heritage.
