Article 10-1. Managing Director of the Center of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On the Astana International Financial Center

     1. The Head of the Center is appointed and dismissed by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. The powers of the Center's Manager are determined by the Council.
