1. Training and advanced training of employees holding the positions of head and security guard in a private security organization are carried out in specialized training centers that are legal entities designated by the authorized body.

1-1. The requirements for specialized training centers and their branches include the following:

1) premises for conducting classes that comply with sanitary standards;

2) shooting range for conducting fire training classes on the basis of ownership or lease agreement;

3) special and technical facilities provided for in the curricula and curricula;

4) teachers with relevant theoretical and practical knowledge and teaching skills in the field of their professional competence, and specialists involved in the training process who have professional experience in the field of security activities.

Standard training programs and standard training plans for the training and advanced training of employees holding the positions of manager and security guard in a private security organization are approved by the authorized body.

2. The founders (participants), heads of specialized training centers and their branches may not be:

1) the persons specified in paragraph 6 of Article 10 of this Law;

2) foreign legal entities, legal entities with foreign participation, foreigners, as well as stateless persons.

3. The activities of specialized training centers are terminated:

1) in cases of liquidation, reorganization;

2) by a court decision.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 19, 2000 No. 85.

This Law establishes the legal basis of security activities in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the status and powers of subjects engaged in security and security activities.
