1. On the basis of the enforcement document received in electronic form, the territorial body shall immediately initiate simplified proceedings through the state automated information system of enforcement proceedings in compliance with the requirements of paragraph 1-1 of Article 11 of this Law, which shall be resolved and duly notified to the debtor.

2. The authority that issued the executive document is responsible for compliance of the executive document with the requirements established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
