Associations of insurance (reinsurance) organizations and insurance brokers accept the following internal documents:

1) standards of activity in the insurance market;

2) the Code of Professional Ethics;

3) Dispute resolution procedure;

4) other documents stipulated by the charter.

Internal documents are approved by the supreme governing body of the association of insurance (reinsurance) organizations and insurance brokers and are mandatory for their members.
