The execution of the enforcement document in a simplified procedure must be completed no later than thirty calendar days from the date of initiation of the simplified procedure.

Failure by the debtor to comply with the requirements of the enforcement document in the framework of simplified proceedings is the basis for transferring the enforcement document to a private bailiff in accordance with the procedure determined by the authorized body.
