1. It is prohibited to interrupt the demonstration of a film in film and video services with advertisements, except for breaks between episodes.

2. During the help desk, advertising is provided only after the requested information is provided.

3. For paid reference, computer and other services, advertising is distributed only with the consent of the client. The cost of such advertising should not be included in the cost of the requested information.

This Law regulates the relations arising in the process of production, distribution, placement and use of advertising in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
