Article 10. Areas of establishment and application of minimum social standards The Law on Minimum Social Standards and Their Guarantees

     Minimum social standards are established and applied in the following areas:

     1) labor;

     2) Social security;

     3) education;

     4) families and children;

     5) Healthcare;

     6) culture;

     7) physical culture and sports;

     8) provision of state-guaranteed legal assistance.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 19, 2015 No. 314-V SAM.

     This Law regulates social relations arising in the system of minimum social standards.
