1. Attestation is subject to:

1) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 29.03.2016 No. 479-V (effective from 01.01.2018);

2) producers of original and elite seeds;

3) producers of seeds of the first, second and third reproductions intended for sale;

4) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07/10/2012 No. 36-V (effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication);

5) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07/10/2012 No. 36-V (effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication);

6) Seed sellers.

2. At the end of the certification period, seed production entities are required to undergo recertification.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 8, 2003 No. 385.

This Law defines the legal, economic and organizational bases for carrying out activities in the field of seed production and is aimed at regulating the organization and functioning of the seed production system and state control over the production, harvesting, processing, storage, transportation, sale and use of seeds of agricultural plants.
