1. Local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital within the limits of their competence:

1) implement the state policy in the field of volunteering;

2) interact with individuals, legal entities and government agencies in the field of volunteer activities;

3) Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07/04/2022 No. 134-VII (effective sixty calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

4) analyze, summarize and summarize the practice of volunteering;

5) exercise, in the interests of local government, other powers assigned to local executive bodies by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Local executive bodies of districts and cities of regional significance within their competence:

1) implement the state policy in the field of volunteering;

2) interact with individuals, legal entities and government agencies in the field of volunteer activities;

3) Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07/04/2022 No. 134-VII (effective sixty calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

4) analyze, summarize and summarize the practice of volunteering;

5) take measures to develop a system of volunteer activities;

6) exercise, in the interests of local government, other powers assigned to local executive bodies by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2016 No. 42-VI SAM.

This Law establishes the legal basis, goals and objectives, principles, forms and types, as well as measures to support volunteer activities.
