Article 10. Competence of local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital The Law on State Regulation of Production and Turnover of Certain Types of Petroleum Products

Local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital:

1) make a forecast of the consumption of petroleum products in the territories of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital for the upcoming calendar year by month;

2) make a forecast of the consumption of petroleum products in the territories of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital for the heating period;

2-1) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/03/2019 No. 243-VI (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication);

3) exercise, in the interests of local government, other powers assigned to local executive bodies by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 20, 2011 No. 463-IV.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of production and turnover of certain types of petroleum products: gasoline, aviation and diesel fuel, fuel oil, road bitumen.
