Article 10. Competence of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Constitutional Law On State Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     The Government's responsibilities include:

     1) Excluded by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/19/2023 No. 222-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).      2) Excluded by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/19/2023 No. 222-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

     3) approval of the rules for the use (establishment, placement) of the National Flag, the National Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan and their images, as well as the text of the National Anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     3-1) approval of the rules for celebrating the Day of the State Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     4) definition of the authorized body in the field of state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     5) performing other functions assigned to him by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
