The competence of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan includes:

1) development of the main directions of state policy in the field of permits and notifications;

1-1) is excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/19/2023 No. 223-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

2) identification of licensors and government agencies that coordinate the issuance of licenses;

3) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 09/29/2014 No. 239-V (for the procedure of entry into force, see art. 3);

4) identification of bodies authorized to issue permits of the second category, state bodies that coordinate the issuance of permits of the second category;

5) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 29.09.2014 No. 239-V (for the procedure of entry into force, see art. 3); 6) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 29.09.2014 No. 239-V (for the procedure of entry into force, see art. 3); 7) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 29.09.2014 No. 239-V (for the procedure of entry into force, see art. 3);

8) approval of the list of poisons, the production, processing, acquisition, storage, sale, use and destruction of which are subject to licensing;

9) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 29.09.2014 No. 239-V (for the procedure of entry into force, see art. 3); 10) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 29.09.2014 No. 239-V (for the procedure of entry into force, see art. 3); 11) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 29.09.2014 No. 239-V (for the procedure of entry into force, see art. 3); 12) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/19/2023 No. 223-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 16, 2014 No. 202-V SAM.

This Law regulates public relations related to the introduction and implementation of a permissive or notification procedure for the implementation of certain types of activities or actions by private business entities and other persons provided for by this Law.
