Prosecutor's offices:

1) exercise supreme supervision over the observance of legality in the field of crime prevention;

2) ensure coordination of the activities of law enforcement agencies in the fight against crime;

3) generate state legal statistics and keep special records;

4) exercise other powers provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 29, 2010 No. 271-IV.

This Law defines the legal, economic, social and organizational bases of the activities of state bodies, local governments, organizations and citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the prevention of offenses.
