Article 10. Data protection and confidentiality of the Artificial Intelligence Act

     1. The operation of artificial intelligence systems is possible in compliance with the requirements of data protection and confidentiality, excluding the unlawful collection, storage and dissemination of personal data.

     2. During the operation of artificial intelligence systems, in order to ensure their safe functioning, personal data is protected and protected, which is processed by artificial intelligence systems, and measures are taken to prevent unauthorized access by third parties to personal data and the use of high-quality and representative data sets obtained in compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
