1. Decisions of the Council on personnel issues of courts, disciplinary responsibility of judges and assessment of the quality of their work are taken by at least two thirds of the votes of its members participating in the meeting, in the absence of the person in respect of whom the issue is being considered, as well as other invited persons.

Decisions of the Council on other matters, including procedural matters, are taken by a majority vote of its members participating in the meeting.

2. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 02/21/2019 No. 227-VI (for the procedure of entry into force, see art. 2).

3. The Council makes decisions in the form of an opinion, a protocol decision and/or a recommendation. The members of the Council may not abstain from voting. In case of disagreement with the decision being taken, a member of the Council has the right to express in writing a dissenting opinion, which is attached to the minutes of the Council meeting.

4. If the votes are equal, the chairman's vote is decisive.

5. The Council creates conditions for all persons to freely familiarize themselves with their decisions, which are posted on the Council's Internet resource.
