In order to ensure the stability of the grain market, the state implements the following forms of support for grain production and sale:

1) reduction of the cost of elite seeds for Kazakhstani agricultural producers in accordance with the procedure determined by the authorized body;

2) organization of leasing supplies of machinery and equipment;

3) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 20.12.2004 No. 13 (effective from 01.01.2005);

4) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04.12.2015 No. 435-V (effective from 01.01.2016);

4-1) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04.12.2015 No. 435-V (effective from 01.01.2016);

4-2) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04.12.2015 No. 435-V (effective from 01.01.2016);

4-3) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04.12.2015 No. 435-V (effective from 01.01.2016);

5) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04.12.2015 No. 435-V (effective from 01.01.2016);

6) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 20.12.2004 No. 13 (effective from 01.01.2005);

7) financing of scientific research programs to preserve soil fertility;

8) assistance in the introduction of new advanced technologies for grain production and storage;

9) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04.12.2015 No. 435-V (effective from 01.01.2016);

10) creation of conditions for effective circulation of grain receipts;

10-1) reduction of the cost of mineral fertilizers and fuels and lubricants for Kazakhstani agricultural producers in accordance with budget programs;

11) taking the necessary measures to ensure timely provision of domestic market needs for petroleum products;

12) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 10.01.2006 No. 116 (for the procedure of entry into force, see art. 2);

13) personnel training for the agro-industrial complex in accordance with the state educational order;

14) taking measures to create a competitive environment in the regions for the provision of conformity assessment services in the field of technical regulation;

15) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 06/08/2015 No. 317-V (effective thirty calendar days after the date of its first official publication);

16) taking measures to revive the domestic agricultural machinery industry.

This Law regulates relations arising in the process of grain production, storage and sale in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
