Article 10. Functions of the National Chamber in the field of public monitoring of the Law on the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The National Chamber:
1) carries out public monitoring;
2) submits proposals to the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on improving the activities of central and local government agencies on business issues;
3) participates in the assessment of the effectiveness of corporate governance in state-controlled joint-stock companies.
2. The National Chamber regularly prepares and maintains an independent Business Climate rating.
3. The National Chamber provides information to society and the state on the state of entrepreneurial activity by preparing and publishing an annual national report on the state of entrepreneurial activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. The National Chamber regularly collects, summarizes and analyzes information on the observance by state bodies and (or) civil servants of the rights and legitimate interests of business entities.
The results of the analysis are sent to the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and (or) authorized state bodies.
The results of the analysis based on the results for the year are submitted for consideration by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan as part of the annual national report on the state of entrepreneurial activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law regulates public relations arising in connection with the establishment and operation of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the development of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
