1. In the process of intelligence activities, foreign intelligence entities use public and secret methods and means in accordance with the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The methods and means of intelligence activities should not harm human life and health and damage the environment.

3. Information about private life, personal and family secrets or related to commercial, banking or other secrets protected by law, which has become known to foreign intelligence entities in the course of intelligence activities, is not subject to disclosure, except in cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 22, 2010 No. 277-IV.

This Law defines the status, competence and organization of activities of foreign intelligence entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan and members of the intelligence community of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
