Licensing of leasing activities of banks as a lessor is carried out by the authorized body for regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and financial organizations in cases provided for by legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Other legal entities and individuals who are individual entrepreneurs carry out leasing activities as a lessor without a license after sending a notice of commencement of activities to the authorized financial monitoring body in accordance with the procedure established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Permits and Notifications".

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 5, 2000 No. 78.

This Law regulates relations arising in the process of financial leasing and is aimed at attracting investments based on leasing activities.
