Article 10. Placement of outdoor (visual) advertising along public roads of the Law on Highways  

     1. Outdoor (visual) advertising in the right-of-way of public roads is placed in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on advertising.

     2. Outdoor (visual) advertising objects, other information signs and signs installed within the boundaries of the right-of-way must be carried out and installed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     3. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 08.01.2019 No. 215-VI (effective three months after the date of its first official publication).

      This Law regulates the legal, organizational and economic foundations of the state management of highways in the Republic of Kazakhstan, their construction, operation and development in the interests of the state and users of highways.
