1. It is prohibited on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) propaganda of terrorism;

2) creation, registration and functioning of terrorist organizations, as well as illegal paramilitary formations.

2. The national security authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan have the right to prohibit entry into the Republic of Kazakhstan to foreigners and stateless persons who have participated in terrorist activities.

3. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 08.01.2013 No. 63-V (effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication).

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 13, 1999 No. 416.

This Law establishes the principles, purpose, legal and organizational basis for countering terrorism.
